Lets Talk Better

On February “6th, 2023, I attended the first #letstalkbetter Bromley. Hosted by our local podcast heroes, Zeenat Noorani and Darren Weale. These two superstars co-host ‘Bromley Buzz’. A podcast that promotes positive events and ideas in Bromley and surrounding areas. I first met them when they interviewed myself and my co-star up at Theatre62. I have been lucky enough to get tangled up in their amazing ideas. This event was to launch a campaign all about getting people to communicated better, to talk, to share…especially in the workplace.

Effective communication is the cornerstone of any successful workplace. It enables employees to share ideas, express concerns, and collaborate on projects. When communication is lacking, misunderstandings and conflicts can arise, leading to decreased productivity and morale. In addition, clear communication helps ensure that everyone is on the same page and working towards the same goals. By fostering a culture of open and effective communication, workplaces can unlock the full potential of their employees and achieve greater success.

Drama is a KEY tool to help people unlock their communication skills, it can help unlock memories and vocabulary that doesnt exsist in day to day activities. That is why the Arts can help further business productivity.
